My chat was first suspended, then my ability to play was suspended too !

Hi,

First of all i'm french so excuse me for my bad english.

I was playing R6 Siege in casual mode, i took Mira, i used her special ability, then we were killed and we lost the round.

Immediately, another french gamer OF MY TEAM sent me a message saying this : "nice mirror in bathroom, you big
[Mod Removed - Please do not bypass the word filter. See
Forum Guidelines.]".

I answered : you are now reported for insulting me.

He said yeah yeah...

Next round starts : he kills me ! At the very beginning of the round.

I said NOTHING at this time.

And at the final round : he voted to kick me and all of his friends voted to kick me too !!!!!!!!

So let's sum it up : he starts calling me a [Mod Removed], then he kills, then he kicks me with his friend.

This evening my console shut down and when i come back : no way to play online + I was disconnected at the last round of a R6 game : rage quit penalty. Cool.

Btw I am so HAPPY to have not receive ANY xbox live message saying some people have been banned following my recent report. That means this guy can keep killing and insulting and reporting (and getting banned) any other player.

Seriously : this is not normal at all. I DID NOT insult at ANY TIME this guy. And I know you have access to the conversation. I sent him a lot of message to bore him that's true, but if he was really bored, why did he not blocked me ? Now i am charged with
arassment accusation.

Now i have to wait 3 WEEKS to play while this guy is peacefully playing insulting kicking et team killing in R6 siege.

This is not the xbox live i knew.

No one here can help as the enforcement team do not use the forums.

You need to go to the enforcement site
http://enforcement.xbox.com/home to see why you are suspended & file for a case review if eligible.

The enforcement team sometimes send you a thank you message if someone is caught breaking the ToU/CoC due to a report you've filed but the majority of the time you will not be told anything

 

Thanks for your fast answer. Well it said that i used insult in a message (wich one ?) and then a second ban saying i used harassment (really? Am I the one harassing someone here ?)

Well i opened a case, but i feel like it will be refused because someone in the world decided that I was harassing this toxic player. French as usual (and I am French).
