As Smwutches mentioned, the Enforcement teams don't use the forums at all and they only communicate through a

Case Review. 24 Hour communications suspensions and Console Suspensions are not reviewable, however you can find more information in these cases through the communication sent by the teams to the email address associated with your Xbox Live Gamertag. Remember
that all suspensions are only enforced when a breach of the Code of Conduct or Terms of Service has happened.

One of the common myths is that people who report another user for no reason will see that person suspended. This is not the case and in fact is subject to action as well for false reports which you can find more information about Enforcement Myths HERE.

If you believe the suspension was in error and if you're eligible, you can submit a case review using the steps

HERE, however sometimes you're asked to complete a short questionnaire before you can submit a case review. All of the questions refer to the

Code of Conduct, which you should review prior to filing the review.

If you fail on the questionnaire during the Case Review, don't worry as you'll be given another chance in 24 hours.

Hello I got my account suspended and cannot use any communication chats or party chats because I’m suspended. I cannot login to see how long my suspension is. Is there anyway to look into my account and advise me how long my suspension is for?

I understand this and am ready to wait it but I also was told I was supposed to be unmuted yesterday at 9:08 but now it’s telling me 9/8/21 so I am just really confused.

I think it has to do with the number of people who might have reported you, more than just the accidental bad word. If enough people report something, these things are usually automated.

It's possible that a number of folks probably just ganged up together and messing with you.

If I were you, I would probably find another group or community to play. If the same people are still keeping an eye on you, they might keep reporting you every so often for every mundane and remotely bad thing you might say. Enough mutes and suspensions you might be removed or blocked from the chat anyway.
