    hi my chat says that the feature is blocked when I try to type something in the Xbox app please give me support my game lagged me off and I couldn't text my friend that and he left and I don't know if he's mad or confused or what please help

    Online parental control settings

    Message in box says this feature is blocked per your parental control settings, have checked my settings on Xbox one nothing is blocked have also checked Microsoft account again nothing is blocked very frustrating as I am a parent can someone please help

    Same can`t play online either....

    It just says "This feature is blocked per your Xbox live parental control settings.

    The Block feature I believe only stops game and party invites, chat requests and messages.

    Block and mute chat features exist, these were made for situations like this. Next time please consider using one. I understand your frustrated but if you block and mute them they can no longer effectively troll and no one gets banned. A real win/win in
    my opinion.

    hi the call back feature does not work. ive tried several times.

    online chat and support line just keep saying wait 24hrs all the time.

    i have phoned my mobile opperatoer many times and they state i have no blocks or spend limits of any kind as i am on pay as you go.
