My chat is disabled in Minecraft even after my suspension is completed

Make sure that communication and multiplayer options are set to "Allow" or "Everybody."

tried removing profile from console and redownlouding it but still same problem cant talk in chat game and party cant hear anyone and nobody can see messeges which i sent to them so i cant even explain oters that i have this problem
