    My charging port doesn't work help needed


    have the Xbox series s and I use the controller that comes with it. It has been working since I bought it until now. I can play with the controller but when I plug my charger into the controller, it doesn't buzz or anything letting me know it connected and it also shuts off my external hard drive. Doesnt anyone know how to fix this or is it even fixable?

    I have an Xbox series 2 elite controller. That controller will not stay synced to the consul, and the charging port in the front is not working.

    It need repair the port on the front doesn’t work and it won’t keep a charge.

    Sounds like the charging port/micro usb port on the controller is broken. So the controller is not getting enough charge and why it turns off immediately. But then you say it doesn't work with batteries also so the controller itself is broken then. Did
    you check for corrosion?

    does it find wireless networks? or doesn't work at all if it doesn't find any then it may be that the network adapter needs repair or if it finds them and just doesn't connect it could be firewall blocking it which means you will need to look at port

    This is an NBA 2K error code and not a Microsoft one. You need to contact their tech support.

    It is allegedly caused by an inability to connect to their servers.

    Please make sure the following ports are open on your router for Xbox Live. If you need help please call your ISP or router manufacturer as every one is different

    • Port 88 (UDP)
    • Port 3074 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 53 (UDP and TCP)
    • Port 80 (TCP)
    • Port 500 (UDP)
    • Port 3544 (UDP)
    • Port 4500 (UDP)
    If this doesn't work you'll need to work with their tech support, as only they know what ports and other things they're using
