    My CD isn't reading, please help me


    Hello, microsoft and people in the internet, my XboX One isn't working very well. I've downloaded Overwatch (which I had in my last xbox, so I already had data saved in account), and the CD isn't reading. I've already tryied to clean it and all of the support
    steps. So I hope you can help me. Thanks.

    Loud noise from CD drive while reading

    hey guys xbox one produce a very loud noise while operating the CD and keep produce this noise while is reading and even after i shut off my console. I have to eject the cd to end this noise. What is that mean ?hard ware need to be replace please help

    Hi, I have the same problem. My CD of "Gears of War 2" have a rayon. When I select mode arcade, with 1 or 2 players, message says: "Console can't read CD. Please, clean it and reset the console". What can I do?, how can I save the game in the console hard

    Why is the Support Number disconnected?

    Fallout New Vegas is burned, legally and within my rights as a customer, Im fine with putting the CD in. Sadly, this game isn't working either. It simply wont read it and shows 'Open Tray' option :( even though its on my hard drive. Sorry to post this thread
