My car packs are inaccessible and it gets worse!!!

I go to my garage and i have a Lamborghini#63 Squadra Corse Huracan LP620-2 Super Trofeo 2015. But then the game won't allow me to access it. I get a message that says "This is a DLC car that you have not purchased from the Marketplace". The only option
i have is to remove it from my garage. The crazy part is that i have the VIP pack and still never received all of my vehicles i am owed... Furthermore, this Lamborghini is not listed in any of the the available car packs' rosters!!! I literally left PS4 for Forza!
I am truly disappointed and want a resolution or refund!!! Please Help

Re-(T)Rolling Friendly Care Packages

I have been getting ticked off when I have a care pack and
I try to re roll it. Im like what the hell why do people keep taking my care packs, thats worse then the losers on the other team running to take my care pack (btw i really hate when the enemy tries to take my care pack...get your own).

DLC cars needed to be rebought in horizon 3

Yes, I'm here because I'm seeing the same thing. The cars that were part of my Car Pass are now inaccessible and I'm being prompted to repurchase. When I select Car Pass I'm told that I have already purchased it, asks if I want to install it but nothing
changes when I select Install.

We need help with this now Microsoft...

I'm right there with you. The "end of life" status for Forza Horizon is 10/20 & I've not been able to access any DLC that I've purchased either. I have the Season Pass, Season Pass: 2006 Lamborghini Miura Concept, VIP Membership & Cars Pack, 1000 Club
Expansion Pack, & Honda Challange Car Pack. All the content I just mentioned is inaccessible on the Xbox One even though it's all installed on my hard drive. I've not tried installing the game & DLC on my 360 to see if that still works because I'm playing
with the Logitech G920 that isn't compatible with the 360.

If I remember correctly the Hot Wheels cars were an add on pack that everyone had to pay for. So if you want a car that is in the pack you have to purchase the pack to get that car.

I'm not going to get this pack for 2 reasons, a) I have a bit of intelligence, and b) I hate being ripped off. It doesn't take a rocket scientist to work out that this pack costs almost half of what the original game cost (depending where you're from). The
game itself came with 500 cars, many tracks, thousands of events, and new game modes and features. All of this cost me R600 (I'll just use my currency as a reference). So, here comes the new Porsche pack, which, if it weren't for EA's pathetic licensing greed,
would've been in the game in the first place. 30 new cars, WOW, sounds fantastic, until you see that this is going to cost you 1600 MSP (R200-R300 in my country, depending where you buy). Let me tell you what this all adds up to, a huge rip off! Its as bad
as, if not worse than COD Elite! No free car from this pack, no cars that aren't pack only, oh no, they want ALL that they can get out of you!
