    My Call Of Duty game keeps crashing


    Hello!

    I'm experiencing that my game keeps crashing (0x9)

    I have reinstalled windows after xbox support suggested me to do so, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the game 8 times, changed driver for it to be on, troubleshooted on both xbox and from the troubleshooter that activisoon provides when you download the game, still doesn't work and no error messages occur.

    I have tried windows+r and pout msconfig, didnt help and tried to see live as I opened the game to see what would come up when the game crashes and theres no error messages accuring.

    I have no idea on what i'm going to do anymore.

    Lot of XBOX One games keeps crashing to dash

    Having the same issue with multiple games (Call of Duty and RYSE). In Call of Duty it was crashing from the menus and in RYSE it crashed during gameplay.

    Here are the troubleshooting steps to perform:

    Please make sure that the Xbox is up to date. Go to Settings > System > Updates and check for any available updates.

    And then clear persistent storage. To do this please go to Settings > Devices & connections > Blu-ray > Persistent storage and select Clear persistent storage. This can help resolve issues related to cached data.

    Next is to check for overheating. Kindly make sure your console is in a well-ventilated area and that the vents are not blocked. It is because overheating can cause performance issues and crashes.

    If the steps above won't work kindly uninstall and reinstall Call of Duty to ensure you have the latest version and for the corrupted files will be deleted too.
