    My Call Of Duty Cold War game won’t install.


    Ever since call of duty cold war had an update a month or so ago, my game wouldn’t load/open. I automatically thought it needed to update since my xbox one in the basement had an update. I have followed so many different steps from so many professionals and online forms and nothing would work to prompt the update. So i uninstalled the game thinking that would help and i could just reinstall it. Nope, after it gets to like .2% it says stopped install. I have tried this on my brand new xbox series x and get the the same problem. I have done every single reset known to man on both my xboxes and nothing will work. I just want to play my game i paid alot of money for.

    How come when I open call of duty black ops coldwar a pop up appears saying purchase game then another pop up appears saying game already installed but still wont let me play mind you I own this game.

    Go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.

    Please go to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders, and then locate the transaction for the game. Once confirmed that it is showing from there, go to "My games and apps" > Installed games > Highlight the game > Press the Menu button > Go to "manage games and add-ons" > Click the game icon.
