    My call of duties won’t connect to online services


    I can not connect to any call of duty online service. Been having this problem since black ops 4 and now in modren warfare. Black ops 4 used to work than out of no where it just stopped.

    Well, modern warfare has had this problem since its launch, did not know about bo4 though. Anyway, i heard that clearing caches and saved data should work, even if for me did not work at all.

    Personally i did a factory reset for my console and then it started working, but i can’t say if it is due to some other problem.

    Keep in mind that clearing caches and saved data will erase some of your progress, such as campaign.

    We have ultimate but the thing is it say’s that we can use it and I have tested the connection it’s says it connects but it won’t let us play online like call of duty or anything else
