    My bundle game isn’t showing up for my brand new Xbox?


    I very recently bought the Xbox x bundle that comes with Diablo 4 but the option to download the game that came with it never appeared. And I already checked the account settings. What do I do?

    You'll need to contact customer service. make sure you have your receipt and a picture of the box showing you bought the version with the promotion would probably help

    I recommend getting it replaced at retail, I took my faulty xbox one back in to the store and was on my way home within 30mins with a brand new titanfall bundle, I was very pleased, this was at Grainger games .

    Yes.

    The outlast bundle pack shows up in the games that I have bought and downloaded for my Xbox and it as well shows up in my billing history. (They even sent me an email confirming my purchase)

    Although for some reason it just doesn't show up on my Xbox games & apps page.
