My Brothers banned accounts and consoles and ip addresses

Hello dear xbox and Microsoft and the Xbox live policy enforcement team I’m speaking on behalf of my brother that got all his accounts and consoles and ip addresses banned for life until the year 9999 he’s very angry and stressed about this
because of your company doing this to him and causing him to have pains in his body because of loads of people reporting him and he’s also gotten the police involved as well and now he can’t sell his banned consoles to any game shop so I think it should be
banned to ban consoles in my opinion thank you Xbox have a good wonderful day

no, i am not ip address banned, i created another account and a mod approved and registered me, i kept it for 2 days till i wrote on a mod's wall; asking a question. i got banned for "ban evasion" very confused, still not IP address banned....

Watch out for the gamertag [Mod Removed], he sumhow got into my account, he threatened me and told me he would get my account banned, a couple of days later, my account was banned, he told me my mom better not use her bank account on a computer
becayse he got my ip address, im am afraid not knowing what will happen to my family because he told me my exact address and my ip address, once he got my account banned, he told me that he used a computer mod, I had no idea these things could be done until
he was successful in getting my account banned, I asked xbox about it and they said that I was trying to get people information and more, he also told me he did that through using my ip address, hopefully the xbox support can look into his account, and kinda
watch the things he has been doing. because im pretty sure im not the first person he has gotten banned, and I probably wont be the last.

 

If your brother has been abusive to people or constantly cheating (which is normally the reason you get your console banned), then his console being banned is fine.

 

I'm glad to see the Xbox Live enforcement protocols are working just fine.

Tell your brother to have fun on PSN. Cause he ain't getting back on the Xbox.

From reading this, multiple consoles, accounts, ip addresses being banned for life means some pretty serious violations of the terms of use policy.

No. Absolutely not. Perhaps being very angry and stressed is what got him into this situation in the first place, IDK, but MS did not "do this to him", he did this to himself by violating whatever terms he violated... period.

If "loads of people" reported him, it should be obvious that he was doing something he shouldn't have been doing.

Someone had to click on the "Accept" button when the Xbox Live Gold account that was affected was purchased. Whomever did that entered into a contract and that person is responsible for ensuring
that the terms of use are followed. The police are there to enforce the law, not the terms of a contract, that is a civil matter.

When a console is banned, it can't go online no matter who tries to use it. It is basically rendered useless for anything but offline SP games. That is a very serious action taken
by MS and it is only taken in the most serious cases of abuse or tampering. Of course no game shops are going to buy a banned console. Whatever happened on those consoles was a violation serious enough to warrant it being banned. That is the cost of such actions
and MS is not going to 'ban banning' consoles. There should be consequences to violations that are egregious.

 

If he was doing things that violated the Terms of Use, then thats what happens.
