my brother wants his account back because he didn't do anything wrong he didn't say threats to the enforcement team that was someone else saying that not him just please tell the enforcement team to. unsuspend his account so he can apologize alright so please
do that let him off the hook

Multiplayer games that dont require Gold account?

I got my brother an x1 for his birthday so he has an account. My other brother lives with him so when I play online with them there is one active account and 1 guest account this interferes with campaign games in the first halos and gears if they are attempting to splitscreen and join with me on a session online. If all 3 of us have an account however it should be fine though correct? Sorry and thank you for responding.

My little brothers account was made yesterday and we put a 3 month membership on his account his Gamertag is R u SERIOUS BRO he was playing for 30 minutes then he went to the dashboard to turn off his xbox he gets back on and it says the profile cannot
be played on this console or something like that then it says delete the account and re dowload it we did that we put in the password and email and it said wrong so we just kept trying and trying but it did not work so please help him.

Unfortunetly this is not going to happen. We, nor the staff here, have contact with the Xbox Live policy and Enforcement team. Your brother will need to wait the suspension out before he is ale to use his Xbox Account again.

He can make an appeal on https://enforcement.xbox.com and apologize in the appeal, if he wanted to say sorry. This is also the only way you can contact the Enforcement team.

ok but can they give him back his account people always report him for no reason when they lose the game

 

He needs to file for a case review on the enforcement site if eligible.

There's no guarantee that he will get his account back.Bans are rarely overturned.

Doesn't matter if people report him for no reason,all reports are investigated & you will only be banned/suspended if you have violated the ToU/CoC.

A permanent ban either means it was not the first time he has received enforcement action or what he did was a sever violation of the rules.
