My Brothers Account Got Banned For No Reason

Hi I wanted to know if there is any way we can get my brothers account back, we came back from our dads house and my brother turned on the Xbox and logged into his account and then it said that his account has been banned because someone from another country
was trying to log into it or something and ever since then he’s been crying about it and we have lost all games associated with the account, he has lost all his gamer score all his game progress. Please tell me is there any way we can’t get his account back

My account [mod removed] got banned and i really dont now why it got banned i didnt do anything bad and i havent had a mic since i broke my first one so i cant scream or annoy or scam i would never do such a thing please xbox unban i had so much stuff
done on there and now i dont have any map packs for black ops or mw2 so i wasted my money please at least let me get my account back i will never do anything bad again

The enforcement team don't use the forums.

Your brother would need to go to the enforcement site
here for info on his ban & to file for a case review if eligible.

You dont get suspended simply due to false reports. In fact anyone filing false reports are subject be being suspended themselves since filing false reports is against the terms of service/code of conduct.

All reports are investigated before any action is taken. If your brother believed the suspension was made by mistake then he can file for a case review while logged into the suspended account and enforcement.xbox.com

That is the only to contact the enforcement team as they don't use the forums and wont see this.
