My brother had his Xbox account hacked

My brother had his xbox account taken from his email. We were able to recover the email but the person who hacked him changed the email on the account. I think he did because the original email my brother used is no longer working with the account. I can
try to provide you with as much info as I can but any help would be appreciated.

Getting added to a family plan

Hello,

My brother is trying to add my Xbox Live account in his family plan account, so after giving him my password and signing out of my account from my console, he ended up getting error code 80151012. Now, my hotmail account had been hacked into a while back
and since then, I had changed my password, which also corresponds with my Xbox Live account. Also, my brother lives in a different state, which therefore, I'm guessing my account "thinks" it's getting hacked into again. Is there a way around this so that I
can be added in his family plan? If there has already been a thread for this very topic, you may just send me the link to it. Thanks for your time!

Don't play this game. Especially if your debit card or bank account is linked to your XBL account. Both my brother and I were hacked and had fraudulent charges on our accounts after playing CoD4. It could be from something else, but my brother has had a
live account for years and has never had problems. When we started playing CoD4 he was hacked within a matter of days. I was just hacked last night and someone put 6000 Microsoft points on my account. I returned the Xbox about 2 weeks ago and formatted the
HD so none of my info was on it. The only thing I played online on the Xbox was CoD4. These infections are out of hand and XBL "security" is a JOKE. My brother had to wait 3 weeks for his refund from MS. Now I will have to do the same. Do yourselves a favor
and DON'T PLAY THIS GAME ONLINE. In fact do yourselves a favor and migrate to PC gaming where at the very least they have decent security measures to protect their paying customers.

Re-post to this. I had 2 Xbox accounts, one being my brothers, and the other being mine. I paid my brother for his account, because it had DLC, and other games, and he no longer played Xbox. I am wondering if there is a way to make it so I can have the games
that he bought, without having to log out of my account to access his account.

P.S I cannot play on his account, because his payment options and information is on there, and doesn't want me to use it, so transferring games to my account is essential.

I set my Xbox as home on my account, my brother and a friend, when I set my friend's account as home was all right but for some mistake of mine or Xbox My brother's account disabled his home several times on my Xbox and my friend's , so consequently I
had to activate (my brother's account) but when I missed an option to activate the home I stopped, the next day I went to see if I still had home options to be sure, and to my surprise they all ended. I ask again for you to help me because because of this
I will not be able to play some games acquired in my brother's account .
