My brother got me banned

I let my stupid brother Leo on my Xbox to play gta and he usually goes on looking for group to play with other people and he told me he saw a post saying 10PEOPLE WHO ADD ME GET FREE SHARK CARDS or something like that and because he has a few anger problems
he sent that person some pretty disgusting messages I HOPE U UNDERSTAND

My brother used my xbox one and got me banned permanently. How do i get all my digital games back.

i got console banned and I don’t know why please unban because if something bad happened that means my brother hacked me

You alone are responsible for what ever happens to your account.

Since you allowed your brother to use your account (instead of creating an account only for him), you are held responsible for what your brother does with your account.
