    My brand new Xbox won’t let me add a new account


    Every time I click to “+ Add new” to sign into my account it buffers at a grey screen twice and then does nothing. I have done about 3 different factory restarts and every time it comes to the account part of the set up it goes to a white screen buffers
    then says to add it at the home screen. I have done multiple other restarts on the xbox and still no luck. Keep in mind this is literally about a 1 hour old xbox taken straight out of the box. Im hopeless at this point.

    Mine is doing this same thing. Just bought it, did updates and will not let me add my account. I have reset the xbox, hard restart, everything.

    I am also 110% online.

    I’m also having the same issue, hopefully it gets resolved soon! Literally just went out and got the xbox one x and cant sign in!
