My Brand New Xbox One S Was Fried

i just bought my Xbox one s and it got delivered today and when I turned it on it and right then it shut down. Steam was coming from the plug and the Xbo. Im asking for a brand new Xbox box s shipped to me ASAP. Or there going to be some problems

i KEEP getting disconnected from xbox live.

it cant be my router because i got a brand new one 8 months ago after the old one got fried in a thunder storm.

 

Has anyone gotten this error code? 0x87e00064

Hey there threats aren't appropriate it's possible it is user error at the same time if you live in a certain country the volts are different and can fry the console internally or if surge protectors were used anything is possible. Now at the moment i don't
think you'll be receiving a new console asap since it takes time to ship it out depending where you live.

I'll try to get you a staff member but i can't see much help. Just to let you know if it wasn't user error then it is covered by warranty so you should be okay to take it into your local MS (Microsoft) store to see what they can do about a replacement.

As you have only just purchased the console I would recommend contacting the seller and request they replace it fist.
