    My Brand-New Xbox has NO volume


    I just bought a brand new Xbox and I've tried multiple headsets (that work for my PS4) and ZERO audio plz help, also I don't know if this is usual but I have to reconnect my controller every time I turn on my Xbox

    No in game volume

    can someone please help I have no in game volume and can't sort it out have changed hdmi lead to a brand new one

    Xbox One Controller Headphone Jack Issue

    The audio from the headphone jack on a brand new Xbox One controller has stopped working for my brother. There are no control sliders appearing on the settings tab to control the headset or mic volumes. The mic icon on the top of the main screen is now
    featuring a strike-through. What are some troubleshooting steps I should advise him?

    Low cut-scene dialog volume.

    I am having the same issue, and my Xbox One is brand new from Microsoft! Halo 5, Thief, etc. has muffled low volume during cut scenes, but the rest of game play is fine. I have found others asking the same question, and none have been answered by Microsoft.

    He has 3.5mm jack, xbox one headset which is brand new, we bought it because his old as we thought wasn't working but now realise there is an issue with the sound. When we go into the controller options the volume option is greyed out so won't let me adjust.

    I am having this problem as well. Brand new series x, brand new controller, brand new batteries. System is up to date and so is the controller. Has to be a software issue, this does not happen on my Xbox One.

    No game sound on headset.

    Headphones are brand new and plug into the controller. I reset the console and nothing changed. I game volume us turned up. I checked their website with no help.
