My brand new game doesnt work!

Hi!

I need help, i bought the game DOOM in store (brand new offcourse) to xbox one. I cant even install it.

It goes to 4% and then "error Xxxxxxxx (it cant read the disc). Watch if disc is dirty or broken"

It has a visible little chip on the outer side of the disc. maybe if that is causing this problems. Ive done all troubleshooting with turn offline and dont update the game, several times.

This is the only game disc ive owned this has happen too. I have 15 xbox one games on disc and they all just work fine. Later i installed Far Cry with no problems at all. So my disc-drive is 100% fine.

How do i do with that game, DOOM...can i get warranty in the store that i bought it from or do i contact xbox one support.

Sucky that the quality in writing the disc isnt what it used to. I can feel the halo 5 disc in much more high quality.

Disc Issues

I Bought a Brand new Game Fifa 13 And it doesnt Work but my Online works my other game 2k13 works and all my dvds work so i purchased a new fifa 13 and its the same problem

 

xbox keeps resetting itself

I tried BAMBOOZLED's advice but for me i have 4 brand new lcd tvs and my xbox doesnt work on any of them

 

I suggest going back to the store you got it from and request a new disc. If problem persists, contact xbox one support.
