    My brand new elite v2 wont update


    So i bought a brand new robot white elite v2 controller i hooked it up and it wont update tried everything power cycle different cables the whole 9 yard nothing works i return it got a new one same problem so now what ? The controller works fine i just cant update so i cant change anything in the app either dont what to do help

    I bought the elite 2 controller specifically to connect to my apple product and it is frustrating its advertised as such but wont work at this point. It has to be a software update needed to be compatible because it works with other brands just not apple.
