    My brand new Elite Series 2 Controller won't charge


    When I try to connect my controller to either the supplied elite series 2 charging dock or by directly connecting the supplied charging cable to the controller the charging LED indicator lights up and stays lit but does not flash. I tried charging the controller
    over night like this but it didn't take on any charge. Nothing I do seems to activate the charging system. Is my controller broken?

    Apologies for being a little off topic, but I believe I have uncovered a fraudulent scheme here in India and was seeking help to communicate the same to you all seeking advice on future steps

    Yes, the 1 year is for a brand new console and the Elite Series 2 controllers.

    Just get an exchange. Actually I wouldn‘t buy another one, the Elite 2 series seems to be pretty buggy. Stick with the Elite 1

    Hello, yes it's really strange. Did you try it with another cable? If this doesn't work, I advise you to contact the support for an exchange.
