My brand new custom controller

i just got a new custom from you guys and the x button is sticking the warenty should still be good.

My new custom controllers

So after waiting for nearly a month my new controllers arrived yesterday from Colorware in the USA.

I went for a NY Knicks inspired colour scheme and I think it works really well.

If you look at the touchpad on the DS4 you'll see I also had my 10 month old son's name engraved there

I'm really happy with how they turned out the paintwork is exquisite and my poor photography skills really don't do it justice!

If you need a warranty repair, please go to
https://devicesupport.microsoft.com and if not already done so, register your console.

Then choose the registered console, and select that you have issues with an accessory.

Select the custom design lab controller from the drop down menu, and provide the controller's serial number that you find in the controller's battery compartment.
