I've been having the same problem for a week or two now, and no one has been able to find a solution to the problem. I can get on live on my boyfriends xbox which is in the next room.

I'm using a wired connection so i don't understand why I'm having this problem. It worked fine, then suddenly cut out and now i can't play online

Also if she has access to the account right now they phone support can not help her. If her boyfriend already knew her account password then that's on your daughter. Support will not help her.

Now did they only gain access to his Epic Account or have they compromised the Microsoft account in whole to where he can't even log into his Xbox account?
