My boy got banned by a bully!

My boy got called some horrible names on his party chat. I then advised him to kick this person from the party and block him. As the bully heard me say this to my boy, he then reported my boy before he could report the bully. This then got my boy banned
for 7 days. Firstly, I think the fact that the "Enforcement Team" should have a contact number as they have all my boys personally details and due to GDPR they need to have a telephone number to be contacted. Even if this was for internal use only. I was advised
my Microsoft after holding for 45 minutes that there was no telephone number or email address. Secondly, I have raised a case after filling out all "Questions" correctly and I still have had no response. do people actually even listen back to the party chat
conversations? What are the consequences of the other player? I own a PlayStation and least Sony have a team that you can discuss your case with over the telephone. I feel Xbox need to keep their customers updated more frequently when it comes to bullying
or even give the customer more information on why the ban has been put in place. As my son now feels he has been singled out and the bully has won by reporting him first. It would be great if someone could actually look into this case before the 7 day ban
is up. Thanks

My son is being bullied on xbox live. He was reported for abuse and was banned for 24 hours. Immediately after he was reinstated he was reported for abuse and banned for 3 days. Immediately after reinstatement he was reported a 3rd time for abuse and
banned for 14 days. All by the same person. He is an A student, is not a behavior problem at school or home. I spend a lot of time with him as he is an only child. The system favors the accuser and seems to have no checks and balances. Is there a way
to cope with this bully?

Supposedly there is an enforcement team, but they are not reviewing xbox live issues. There are so many definitions and catagories I am not sure how to describe the problem properly.

Can someone please help.

Are you saying that someone from Microsoft actually reviewed evidence and then made a decision, based on evidence, to ban him for behavior? How would they verify verbal behavior? Why would he act inappropriately a third time to someone who can clearly
ban him? My son has 1 xbox live account and values his accrued points and experience contained within that avatar. The person who is banning him has many accounts and seems far more advanced. In addition there is no lag. He is banned within 24 hours of
reinstatement.

An account suspension completely blocks the affected account from being able to sign in to the Xbox Live service for the duration of the suspension. Account suspensions are issued for a specified duration, often of 1, 7, or 14 days, though egregious or repeated
violations can result in a permanent suspension.

Just because a report is made does not mean a suspension is going to be put onto the account unless there was a violation of the code of conduct. which can be read here https://enforcement.xbox.com/en-US/home/codeofconduct

PlayStation has pretty much the same code of conduct that MS has theirs can be read here Community Code of Conduct

Directly quoted from that second website so i'm not sure where you are getting an idea that they will lift the suspension sooner MS at least gives you a chance to have an appeal.
