    My box isn't connecting to Xbox live and looking for help!


    Help! Looking for someone who knows there stuff!

    My Xbox isn't connecting to Xbox live or store but I can watch mixer. It's not playing games or blueray. I can't Conner to see my account thought the box or though help. My account is good and it says it's connected to the internet.

    Any help????

    I've tried phone no good and tried online help no good

    Cant connect to Xbox live.

    I live in the Midwest also. Xbox one is connecting fine. Xbox 360 isn't connecting to Xbox Live. Chat help had me delete my profile and try to re-download it. ATTN: Do not do this. Now my offline games do not recognize my profile. Not at all happy with
    their broken English online chat help.

    Connection problem

    I'm having problems connecting to x box live. When I type in my Microsoft account details and password the error message reads " this email address or password isn't valid for this account" I have the x box connected direct to the router by Ethernet cable.
    Both the email & password are correct as I'm logged in now using same details via wifi on my iPad. All help gratefully received.

    I came here looking for a simple fix, looks like there isn't one better than mine yet. I connect my cable box to my tv for a few minutes, then hooking it back to the xbone. It seems to trick the cable box into being connected to the tv the whole time. I
    have to do it once a month roughly, but it works for me.

    Could you possibly perform a Xbox LIVE connection test and see if any errors occur in the process, of which if they do, have a look at the

    Connection Errors     page as there will be all the solutions specifically for that error. Also, have a look at the

    Xbox LIVE Disconnects | Xbox LIVE Slow | Speed Up Xbox LIVE     to help you solve your issue in terms of the disconnection as well as advising you on how to make the connection more sufficient!



    Could you also perform a Network Speed Test and post the results, so we can tell you if your network is speedy enough to play Xbox LIVE! (It isn't very common that it isn't).

    My wired connection isn't working

    It looks like XBox Live is down. I usually connect instantly and it keeps saying my XBox Live membership is invalid, when it isn't. I have another whole year on my account after Nov. Not sure what's going on with XBox Live right now.
