My Bluetooth Headset Doesn't Work Anymore

Yesterday I bought the Bluetooth headset and it was working. Not it doesn't. When it was working the green light was pointing to number one. When I came online today I had to sync it again and this time it was working on number two. Then I walked in
my kitchen and I went out of range and my headset doesn't work again where it needs syncing again. Now it won't sync. What is going on with this garbage headset? I shouldn't have to sync it every time I want to use it and everytime I walk back into range.
When I looked up some instructions it mentions installing some software. What software? As I said it worked yesterday, then it didn't, then it did again and now it doesn't.

Headset issues

Funny thing. My bluetooth headset doesn't work but I tried an old headset and it does. Guess it isn't compatible.

syncing iphone 4 with xbox bluetooth

If you are talking about, connecting you iPhone 4 to your Xbox 360 Bluetooth Headset, follow this link..

The Xbox 360 Console, doesn't support Bluetooth & only the Wireless Bluetooth Headsets are capable of a Bluetooth connection to Bluetooth Devices etc..

You will need to use your Apple USB cable to connect to the Xbox 360 Console..

It's the ordinary black Xbox 360 Bluetooth headset.

Just wanted to check. If you turn off all controllers and the headset, then turn the headset on, press the sync button on the console, then the sync button on the headset, what quadrant position does the headset sync to when all controllers are off? If it
syncs up to the top left quadrant, try turning the controller on at the point and see if things start working for you.

Things are working now. When you mentioned the controller, something crossed my mind. I was charging my wireless controller when this problem happened. I think my wireless controller was letting out a signal that was corrupting me headset signal. When
I first used my headset, I never had my wireless controller then. Then the day after I faced problems with my headset when I was charging my battery in my wireless controller and things have been fine with my headset while I've been using my wireless controller.
Obviously when I mentioned my headset, I was talking about my Bluetooth. Thanks for the help.

The controller is wireless, the headset is wireless- bluetooth. The headset has worked fine for almost two years, but after the update yesterday to call of duty it does not work anymore.

so this happen when headset is connect to wireless adapter only (remove the Bluetooth connection to my phone)

When headset disconnect with wireless adapter the connection with Bluetooth(phone) connection with the phone still there. I'm able to reconnect with the adapter anymore. My thought was because of Bluetooth but I don't think that it.

Don't have controller.

I tried it all. My mic doesn't work in Skype. I have two turtle beach headsets and they both don't work anymore. It's something to do xbox's end, not the headsets

Bluetooth it's unsupported for none Bluetooth device, not only for this one's, console doesn't have a Bluetooth adapter, the wireless connection used by controllers and headsets is not trough Bluetooth
