My Black Ops ColdWar isnt loading

Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Such a shame, black ops was my favorite FPS in around 20 years of gaming. With DUKE3D a close second

This game isnt anything like black ops

my emblem for black ops on mw3. where you can see your prestige emblem from cod 4. world at war. mw2. black ops? my emblem is 14th prestige for black ops. the red skull one. so i prestiged to 15th in black ops then went on mw3 my emblem has never changed.
its still 14th. i want it to be 15th. why isnt it changing

and it isnt just black screen when i put in/load a game, its black from the moment i turn on the xbox. just to clarify. my xbox is a brick right now

oh and i know theyre isnt a problem with my payment option because i had to get 1000 microsoft points to get the new COD black ops maps
