my Black Ops 3 isn’t downloading past 24%

Hello so i have a Xbox one S that i haven’t played in a little over 4-6 months and i recently wanted to play Black Ops 3 but i had to download so i went ahead with it. the problem is that the game won’t get past 24% where it says ready to play but then it also says installation stoped and it just won’t move past 24%

Please clear the queue, cache and persistent storage of your console:

Press the Xbox Button > My Games and Apps > See All > Manage Queue > Queue > Click on Cancel All > Clear The Queue

Press the Xbox Button > Settings > System Settings > Storage.

Highlight but don't select a storage device, and then press Y on your controller for Device Options.

On the Device Options screen, select Clear System Cache.

When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes. (If your console does not have this option, don't worry, just skip it)

Press the Xbox One button on your controller.

Go to Settings and select Devices and Connections.

In the BLU-RAY section select Persistent Storage.

Next, select Clear persistent storage three times.

After that, please power reset your console:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Try to install Black Ops 3 and let me know how it goes, please.

Black ops 3 has had some great sales in the past and will likely be on sale again in the future

besides the ports, what else? because black ops 3 is the only game im having this problem on, and almost on a nightly basis, whenever i turn my xbox one on, and load up black ops for the first time in 24 hours i always get ive been kicked from the black
ops 3 servers because ive lost connection.

my NAT Type is open and all this *** *** keeps happening. if my ports werent open, my NAT type wouldnt say open, on top of that, im having issues getting into my router and i dont know why....

Thanks for the support message.

You don't receive a redeem code for the content actually. When you download Black Ops 3, NUK3TOWN should have automatically downloaded along with it. I recommend going to the in game store on Black Ops 3 to see if it is there. If not, go to "My Games
& Apps" and it will show under "Ready to install"
