    I have been having trouble with my xbox for the past 3 days I contacted 3 “microsoft experts” to try to figure why my xbox wasnt working right no solutions they gave fixed any thing. Instead they told me to come here because we figured out that my xbox

    Same here. Just got off the phone to MSStore, and they say it will definitely arrive today, even though UPS say next Tuesday. Told to phone again at the end of the day if it hasn't arrived, and they will compensate me for my day off work.

    Probably give me DAY FIVE achievement!!

    Exactly. This is an outrage and they need to tell us what's going on besides to come here. We're the ones calling support and they don't help. Was told to come here and no info to go on. We were all promised that we would get our preorder bonuses in 7 to
    10 days of release. Not 7 to 10 weeks or 7 to 10 months or years. Now I know why I left for Sony other than the fact that my account was hacked into and stole over $300 for FIFA points. This is the last time I'm buying any product from Microsoft and staying
    over with Sony. If I do not receive my codes I will request a refund for false advertisement within 48 hours.
