Discus and support my bingo app can't make a connection or it shuts down right after. Can this be fixed ?? in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; My bingo game has a connection problem.     my bingo app can't make a connection or it shuts down right after. Can this be fixed ??


    My bingo game has a connection problem. Is there a fix for that ??

    I KNOW THAT MICROSOFT BINGO IS A PARTIAL FREE GAME, BUT WHY WOULD IT WASTE MY TIME AND LET ME PLAY I

    I KNOW THAT BINGO IS PARTIALLY FREE, BUT IT LETS ME ACCUMULATE POINTS AND AFTER SPENDING THEM AND YOU HIT A COUPLE OF POWER BALLS AND BINGOS, THE SITE SHUTS DOWN AND I LOSE ALL MY POWERS AND BINGOS. THIS HAS HAPPENED BEFORE. TODAY IT HAPPENED AT LEAST
    4 TIMES. DO I STOP PLAYING AND BUY MY OWN BINGO CD TO PLAY AS I WOULD MICROSOFT BINGO OR WILL THE SITE BE FIXED?

    I filled my last three spots on my bingo Powercard and was not awarded the power pattern

    The bingo game shut down right as I filled the last three spots on my Bingo card. It seems that I was awarded the four Power Bingos but not the Power Pattern. What can I do to recoup the awards associated with my win?

    Testing multiplayer and internet connection comes back with everything's good but can't use xbox live store or in game online features.

    I just tried this, did not fix the issues, tests still come back good, still can't connect. I have my console set to turn all the way off every time I shut it down if that makes a difference.

    Hou did you fix that Laiizan ? I have the same problem, my profile can't connect to Live, i tryed to delete and dowload again my profile, but when the download starts after some seconds he stuck, and i can`t even shut down my xbox by control, i need to shut

    Heya!

    Happy to help troubleshoot if you are still running into this issue!

    Are you running into this issue on Windows 10 or a console?

    With the console be sure to send us your Detailed network stats, and with a Windows 10 PC send us your Xbox app's network settings info including NAT.

    Do you see the same issue with or without a wired connection to your router or gateway?

    To be sure everything is set with the app on Windows 10 let's have you follow these steps:

    1. Open the settings app.
    2. Navigate to System/apps.
    3. In the system sub-menu, navigate to Apps and Features
    4. Search for the app in question.
    5. After selecting the app, select advanced options.
    6. Tap reset.
    7. You may now re-open the app once more

    Be sure to do this with the Xbox App and the Game.

    TV SIGNAL GONE (update related?!?-- error code: 0x8027025a)

    Mine did that to me but I just turned off the console by pressing the logo on the xbox and after it shut down unplugged the power brick for 5 seconds the plugged it In and turned it on. Fixed it right away, I wasn't even able to get into my tv settings to
