    We see that the Credits are currently pending in your account. This can be seen on your MyRewards page.

    i have had the same problem for a VERY long time. And the forum mods arent answering me My billing information is correct but i can't get my deposits :( i have around 30k reward points i cant get

    Official support hours are Monday-Friday 9am-5pm PST. It can take a couple of days to receive a response.

    i simply think they are ignoring us to be honest mine popped up since October stating i needed to update my billing and i have made 3 posts since then and never got one reply.

    Hi AmissTulip. Your Rewards locale and your Xbox Live locale does not match and this is causing deposits to fail. Your Rewards locale is GBR, and your Xbox Live locale is not. To change your Rewards locale to your current Xbox Live locale, you'll need to
    opt out of the program, wait 48 hours, and re-enroll. Once you do so, reach out to us again and we'll recover your pending Credits.
