    Login at account.Microsoft.com and go check your billing info. It may be out of date or something.

    Maybe it got declined once, with the result of being blocked. Try submitting your payment information again on your console.

    I'm not in a family group. My account is blocked. When I log in, I can’t do it, it says “Your account is blocked” then nothing. I can’t go to do anything on the site you suggested. :(
