    Hello I have a problem, my xbox one is registrered with an adress in France which is the correct one. When I want to buy on the Xbox one store I have no problem, my microsoft account is registered also with the adress in France. But when I want to buy a
    season pass for gears of war 3 which then my biling is located in Canada. I don't manage to change it. I don't know how it even ended up with Canada as country. Anyone has an idea ? When I want to change these information on the microsoft account from the
    Xbox I can't modify.

    Just temporarily change your location from Canada to USA, buy some stuff on the store (at majorly reduced prices) then change back (if you even need to).

    I'm in Melbourne but I use my account as Canadian all the time and buy Canadian codes off of a friend.


    Change your location in Console Settings, then restart. It'll give you access to the US store where you can type in your codes for credit. Don't even need to input an address.

    Im from Ecuador, i have setting my location in EEUU and have this same error code, so i change the location to australia, few minutes later to Canada and it works great for me. its something.

    The issue may be that your physical location is different from the download location. Try migrating your account to Canada and see if that solves the problem.

    I changed my location info to the following, restarted, and it worked.

    Language: English

    Location: Canada

    Spoken Language: English (Canada)

    When I changed back to USA I had the error again. so, it's probably something on Microsoft's end. I had some games i wanted to buy, though. I don't think it's wise to buy them under Canada?
