    omg I can’t take this. Okay so basically I went to this server website then I go to in to minecraft and my server list says “you can not acces servers go to privacy and protection management on Xbox.com” and I go there and for some reason I click on privacy
    and it brings me back to the home page like I never clicked anything I go back to minecraft and still has the same message!!!???

    Any tips or solutions or something!? Oh btw I also can’t invite any of my 50 friends! WHATS WRONG WITH MY GAME?????

    Btw I think it’s a virus

    Big issue with gamerscore

    So, I have this big issue with my gamerscore...

    I have an old Xbox 360, that i've kept offline for 2 years. I played a lot on it, and earned quite a lot of achievements.

    However, I've also played on my Xbox One, which was online.

    This afternoon, I've decided to get my 360 online again, so, I've connected to the Xbox Live.

    So far, so good, but it asked me to re-download my profile. Which I did.

    Then I realized, even tough I still had my old saves, all my offline 360 achievements were gone. Like, 4-5000Gs, 2 years worth of playing, gone, simply.

    Is there a way I could recover them? I know it isn't much, but, still, loosing all this progress feels awful

    Hello, regarding your explanation it seems that when you were making the purchases you were actually signed in with your brother's account instead of yours, or that the option buy as gifts was selected when you were making the transactions.

    Unfortunately this is the wrong section to post in. You'll have to make a topic here ->

    forums.xbox.com/.../41.aspx    , they will reply back and tell you exactly why you were banned. You can tell them that you just got your account back from an investigation and you're now banned. But they are going to be the only ones that will be able to tell
    you why exactly you are banned.

    get in contact with treyarch and then get microsoft involved e.g provide evidence and get you reset on the game , this is annoying as this means that your account could have also been banned for joining a modded lobby ,

    Big issue with the division purchase.

    There were release notes for the Division DLC about issues installing it on XBox. See this post.

    All this being said, you probably can't get a refund, per the terms of service when you bought it.
