    My Best Friends Account Is Blocked


    The Account Is Blocked. I Can't Sign Into On The Xbox 360 And I Can't Sign In Through Outlook.com Or Xbox.com. It Always Just Says That The Account Is Blocked. Well I Followed The Steps To Unblock it And Sent A Code To My Phone And It Verified It And Said
    Change Password, So I Did That And Then It Asked Me To Enter My New Password Before Continuing, So I Did And It Comes Up Saying That The Account Is Still Blocked. Can Someone Help Me Stop This? It Keeps Repeating The Same Thing Over And Over, But I Had No
    Luck And My Friend Really Wants To Get Back Into it :/. I've Contacted Xbox Support Three Times Now And Each Person Is Telling Me To Do A Different Thing And None Of Those Things Worked. I Would Really Like It If Someone Can Explain To Me Why It Keeps Looping
    The Unblock Process And How To Stop It.

    I'm sorry that the Xbox Customer Support team have not found a way of sorting this, but I don't think they are the best people to talk to. My best advice would be to open a case on the Microsoft website.

    Simply just follow the instructions on that page

    1.Short Description of the problem

    2. The affected E-mail address

    3. Best contact E-mail address

    4. More detailed description.

    If anyone can fix this problem I'm pretty certain it's these guys and I'm not sure if the Agents at Support Chat has given out this link before.

    Hope you get it sorted out soon!

    Blocking people actually doesn't block them completely

    He could use the offline status in his profile. Also if he must block a friend, it is also best to mute them too and not send any messages to the blocked account, as this removes the block.

    Spammed by friend requests for a couple of days. What can I do ?

    For now, this seems like the best option; however, it's important to note they would only get messages and party invites from friends; no one else.

    If they don't want to change their settings, then the next best option, in my opinion, is reporting the messages as spam, then blocking the account(s).
