    My best friend scams people online, he's been told to stop multiple times by everyone but...


    There's someone who is in this community by a certain gamertag, he was formerly one of the many [mod removed] gamertags and he has a way to scam people by making a promise to help them out after he gets help first and he then proceeds to remove them from
    the party, block them without returning the help himself and then kicks them from the public session, he has also been known to manipulate the trading system and steals items from unsuspecting people who are new to the game and he NEEDS to be put to a stop
    on this problem, all his friends who know him claim he always finds a way to scam people in every game he can, i asked him why has he not been banned for it and he claims in his own words "blocking people prevents the report from getting through and affecting
    me" i cannot stress enough he has to be stopped because this is an unacceptable practice and he has been warned so many times to stop this by everyone close to him somebody please come forward to help me with this problem this is a very serious matter. I will
    not post his name on these forum unless asked on the thread by a support agent

    There is no way i can possibly do that, there's no option to report him for the act of scamming and he has been reported multiple times NOBODY HAS HELPED

    If you haven't already, you would need to report him via his profile so the enforcement team can investigate him. They do not use the forums.

    Thank you for taking the time to post this on the Xbox Forums. We understand that you are currently requesting assistance with a certain individual.

    Here on the Xbox Forums, we do not have the necessary tools to apply any sort of Enforcement related restrictions on anyone. The only ones capable of doing that is the Enforcement Team.

    By
    reporting a player     you are essentially letting the Enforcement Team know about the individual whom is breaking the

    Code of Conduct    . Keep in mind that just becasue you report someone, that does not mean they will recieve a suspension.

    The value of reporting incidents is a lot greater than some make it out to be and I would like to refer you over to
    the
    Enforcement website     as it would have more info reguarding this matter.

    Yesterday I just recently got scammed out of my Xbox live account but luckily I reactEd fast and I changed the email password and reset the microscoft password and got my account back the gamer tag who scammed me is yo girl know me, he asked my friends and
    tried to scam them he is trying to scam other people please stop him.
