Discus and support my beach xo ones won't connect in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i just got a pair of turtle beach xo ones and they wont connect through audio controller but work just fine through 3.5mm jack . my last headset also...     my beach xo ones won't connect


    i just got a pair of turtle beach xo ones and they wont connect through audio controller but work just fine through 3.5mm jack . my last headset also connected the same way and that was the last time my controller needed an update. After plugging these in
    as instructed no update came up. I tried to force one AND NOTHING. Other than a complete reset of my xbox one s [ in theory i would have to re-update everything and in my mind that might fix it ] ihave tried everything. Please any kind of input would be appreciated
