My battlepass has locked half way through help me please

That account literally has half my life in it. Please help me find a way to get it back. Please.

I have the same issue, I’ve reached 85% of the current Battlepass and suddenly it’s not moving forward anymore. I’ve tried restarting the game half a dozen times and rebooted the Xbox, the issue persists..

Obviously I’ve paid for the current Battlepass and would like to complete it.

Your thoughts please.
