My battlefield one disc won't start installing

I want to return or exchange my new battlefield one that just came out that I just purchased...it won't install and I can't get the help to do so...all my other disc games work but this brand new battlefield...I'm tired of dealing with it and want my money
back

Doom won't start installing

Just opened my copy of Doom and started installing.

Popped the disc in and it freezes instantly and stops the installing immediately.

How can this be solved? I have already tried those offline and power circulation methods but nothing works...

Please MS do something about this matter already!!!

skyrim special edition won't start after installing disc

jus bought the game last night installed game and it would not recognize the disc afterwards. Checked other games and even blue ray discs and everything else works like it's supposed too. Just this game will not start up.

We aren't able to offer refunds for physical copies of games. Before returning to the retailer, can you try cancelling the install of the game on your Xbox One and follow up with a power cycle by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds?

Input the disc and wait as any xbox one game to install, once that happens go ahead and play

My Battlefield Bad Co. 2 disk plays but won't recognize the extension on the hard drive

Update: my friend gave me his copy of skyrim on a disc to try. Magically it installed. But now i get the “for some reason *blank* took too long to start” error message. I get the same one when trying to start my digital copy of battlefield 3 and my disc
copy of red dead redemption 2. Nothing plays, nothing works, nothing updates, nothing installs (except disc Skyrim i guess).

The HD content is on the 2nd disc, I put that one in first and once I started the disc, I did an update then it asked if I wanted to install the HD content? Not sure why it won't prompt you to install? Maybe erase everything and start with the 2nd disc
if you haven't tried that yet, seems dumb for them to put it on disc 2 when most people would put the 1st in first!

I assume you are installing from Disc. Could be an issue with the disc itself. Do you have a friend that has the game where you could swap discs for the install. Even if the disc won't install, when you swap back, it should still be good enough to start
the game after it's installed.
