My battlefield 1 doesn't work anymore, even though I used to be able to play it.

So I got battlefield one on my Xbox digitally, and it worked for like 3 months, and I was having a good time. Then the next day, I try playing, and it won't load. or start. I tried recommended troubleshooting, restarted the console, I had
to delete all saved data, but nothing worked. So then I uninstalled it, and I was going to reinstall it, but then it acted as if it didn't exist on my Xbox. even though it said that the product was owned. I really need help because I really enjoyed that game
and had progress through it, and I had multiple achievements in the game as proof of owning it.

strange bug- cant purchase unrated games

I managed to buy the Battlefield 1 Premium Pass directly on the console, however, it did warn me that even though I'm being allowed to buy it I would still need a Parent's permission to be able to play it.

So, yeah.... Take the money first, ask questions later.....

I really hope that this doesn't impact me when I want to play BF1. I'll be seriously unhappy!

 

Xbox Live Networking

I used to be able to connect to Live. Now I can't. When I sign in im connected for atleast 1 minute before it says I'm disconnected. I've literally tried everything I can do that people told me to. I have tested my connection. It doesn't work. But when I
hook my Xbox downstairs in my living room. It works perfectly fine. I don't know what to do anymore.

 

Are there any error messages that pop up?

Try deleting the profile from the console and re-download it again. This way your profile data will be sync back to the console. So try to check if the installed content works.

 

None, it just said the person who owns the app needs to sign in, and I was, but it sill didn't work

 

I deleted the account and re downloaded it, however, the game just isn't there anymore. It says I have to pay money again if I want to get it, and I have to buy it in a bundle which costs even more. It doesn't seem as if it worked...
