My bans done and I still can't talk in party chat

I was banned for 2 weeks on the 26 of August. It was supposed to end September 9 but whenever I go to join a party chat it won't let me talk in the party.

There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.

I got communications banned over 2 weeks ago and it said that it was over. I try to join my friends party and it still won't let me talk in any party chats. I have no active bans and need help to fix this problem

 

Try removing the account from the console, doing a hard reset, and then re-adding the account.

Try this, remove your account from the console via the account settings and then add it back again. That should reset the account fix your issue.

Also, you can try a hard reset on the console by holding in the power button on the console for 10 seconds, let it turn off, then reboot.
