i just bought xbox one and i cant add new account and i play from Discs but i cant add new account its give me dat error 0x80a40019

i dont need to use xbox store or become online all i need to create my own account and play From discs like im playing

i dont ask microsoft to UnBAN my xbox cuz im the second hand but all i need to do ONLY i can ADD NEW account My own Account

It's not a permenant ban but those that have received a retail console early and connected it to the net have had it banned.

Hello, this is quoted from the enforcement.xbox.com page under How do I?

If you purchase a console that has been previously banned you will not be able to connect to Xbox Live, and the ban will not be lifted as a result of the change in ownership. This means that you will not be able to add your Microsoft account to the banned
console. You should be able to still play but you will need to change to offline.

Set your Xbox to offline

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select System > Settings.
3. Choose Network.
4. Select Network settings > Go offline.

 

Adding your account would require Live network access, which a banned console does not have. You can not add your account to the Xbox.

If you bought a used Xbox One that was banned, unfortunately there's no way to connect it to Xbox live. Most likely the only way you would be able to play games on it offline are if you had already Signed in to your profile & had the system set as your home
Xbox.

 

Your console is not banned.

The error code 0x80A40019 hints at a network issue connecting to Xbox Live. See Error 0x80A40019 | Networking Errors | Xbox One Error

However, there have been reports that people from the Ukraine and Iran (and maybe some other countries) are unable to connect to Xbox Live.

So if you're in one of these countries, know that Microsoft is aware of that problem and is trying to fix it.

In this case with that specific error 0x80a40019 there is a support link that states steps to try to solve the error.

This code doesn't necessarily mean your console is banned, it just states there may be an issue with the new Microsoft account that it's not allowing to be downloaded.
