    ok so I got Banned from Xbox online like a month ago and I couldn’t play any games I understand that but y’all up lifted the banned and I just bought a new mic and controller and still can’t use the mic but I can play online games

    Party problems

    Hello Support team...

    It was everything okay with my party app, i was able to talk, able to hear!

    The enforcement team banned for (reason still unknown for me) but the Bann ended 5 days ago,

    now i only can hear in partys and cant talk?! When i swap my profil to my other profil i can talk and hear the people?

    Am i still under bann or something? Its kinda strange, first i was like, okay maybe its the mic, but after trying my other profil i noticed it isnt the mic because everything is working normaly! I can talk over skype, i can talk on Stream, i can talk ingame,
    but why cant i talk in the Party app? The other people always say that they cant hear me. And it's true, my gf signed in with my profil, and i with my smurf, i also didnt hear my own profile. SO WHAT CAN I DO?

    Can't talk in party chat

    for about a month I haven't been able to talk in party chat. I can hear everyone else but my mic doesn't respond. The Xbox recognizes a mic is attached but won't pick up any sound. I've tried 3 different headsets across 3 controllers and 2 consoles and the
    problem seems to be with my console. My NAT type is open and my privacy settings aren't the adult default yet I still cannot talk.

    Xbox firmware I'm assuming, I'm just not sure why some people's mics work and some don't.

    If I'm in a party with someone who can still talk, I can hear them over my headset(s), but they can't hear me talk, and the xbox doesn't pic up any sound from the mic.

    There appears to be an issue that has been happening lately. It appears that if an enforcement action was extended then there may be no additional notification and the enforcement site does not reflect this extension. The only way to currently find out if
    an enforcement action was extended is to contact Xbox support.
