Hi, i have an account that was banned a while ago by a hacker, i have tried to talk to the right people but there was always an issue on getting it unbanned, please, it was banned in 04 by a hacker running by the name XLBpet Omicron, help

What happens to your games if you get banned on an XB One

that is the same as it is now, if you manage to break the rules so badly its a lifetime account ban you loose everything jn that account.

for a modified console its the console that is banned, I think you have to involved in active game code hacking or account phishing or other be involved in nasty completely ruin live for others areas to get a perm ban for your actual gamer account, hey are never clear on why accounts are banned tho

Xblpet are not hackers. Xblpet is the Xbox Live Policy Enforcement Team. They the ones who ban/suspend you when the rules are broken.

If the ban was that long ago then there is nothing you can do as you cant apply for a case review for something that long ago and that is the only way to reach the enforcement team.

That account will be banned forever.

My account was hacked as well, and i ended up with a permanent suspension on my account. I lost $1000's of maps, games, add ons, Netflix etc. as well. Please see my discussion post (posted Aug 29th) and upvote so the Enforcement Team can be held accountable
for their actions and be contacted via phone or live chat. The current system is set up to protect them from answering for their decisions. Please tell your friends and upvote

But I just want the Gamertag from that banned account, not the whole entire account. I have my current account that I have been using and want to move my current GT to the banned account, and my banned accounts GT to this one.

So I was recently banned on a different account. i have 2 accounts on my xbox 360 console my other account and this account. is it possible if i get an xbox one and login through this account and not get banned or will i get banned on the xbox one if i login
with this account since it was on the xbox banned console i have when it got banned

I got a perma ban on the account i bought it on (ban came from my brother who i no longer share an account with) but i thought the game licence stays on the xbox. Also the account that has the perma ban is still on my xbox. When i got the perma ban and
made this account i got a console ban for using a new account before the console ban i had it and when my console ban was lifted i cant find most games i want to download :/
