    My Ban


    so my account Slow Clouds that i been working hard for almost 3 years was banned due to a misunderstanding of me cursing when i was having a back and forth argument with my boyfriend and if you ask why on xbox at the moment was my only source of communication,
    i set my account for a review they didnt left up my ban, to mention my account was banned first till January 26 of 2017, my first ban ever. The next day they ban me til year 9999, why give me a ban which was my first then ban me again for all those years ? Wasnt
    the first one enough? Just last month i purchased a 60 dollar subscription with the account i have banned, Xbox , enforcement if you cant lift my ban, please transfer my subscription to my new account i dont have money to purchase another one its
    why i purchased a 12M so i wouldnt have to worry for a year. P

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    please help me i understand if you guys can't lift my ban but please i wasted 60 dollars on a 12m subscription at least please transfer it to my new account

    it was all a misunderstanding the person i was talking to was my boyfriend Slow Waves i wasn't doing anything else wrong i got a good reputation and I'm a loyal costumer please do something about this

    The enforcement team do not use the forums.The only way to contact them is via case review here

    If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting the account you forfeit any digtal content,remaining xbox live gold subscriptions etc if your account is permanently banned so you will not get the subscription transferred to another account i'm afraid.

    No.Digital content means any games,music films etc. that you've bought from the marketplace.Doesn't matter where you bought your xbox live,you lose any remaining live time you have if you are permanently banned.It wont be transferred to another account.

    Xbox Enforcement website    . The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team.
    This can be done by submitting a case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps!

    I got suspended for 24 hours for responded to an annoying person in abbreviations. The enforcement if they are reviewing the messages need to correspond in incordance to who sent the freakin' message first and who is reporting whom. This isn't
    fair and needs to be fixed. I pay $60 dollars I should have the right to send abbreviations.

    If you run into a toxic gamer just block and report them.

    It makes no difference if you start it or not. If you reply to the message and this contains anything that is against the CoC or other Terms and the toxic gamer Reports you there will be Actions done by the Enforcement Team.

    You are responsible for your own account and any actions made from it. You accepted that by creating your account.
