My ban

I was playing the call of duty beta, squad fills, i went and picked up attatchments for my gun that my teamate dropped, he then proceeded to kill me for those attatchments. I did message him,which i shouldnt have, but i get the ban and he gets no consequence?
I would love to have my party chat back or do something to the guy that team killed me cause thats not fair. I wouldnt have gotten mad if he didnt team kill me. Just had surgery, would love to play some games with my friends.

Enforcement on Xbox

Today i received an email that my account from permanently banned. I went onto the link that they posted and it turns out i got banned for soliciting etc. I submitted a case review and went looking for more information. Most suspensions/bans are 1,7, or 14 days and my type of suspension followed under that list but then it said something about if the action was egregious or excessive bans, it could lead to a permanent one. In my case i tried selling my og gamertag, the guy messaged me about it, i told him how much and what payment. He declined, i said ok, and then we didn't message again AND no personal info was transferred, so in my defense it was not egregious. I have only had 2 ENFORCEMENTS, a good reputation, and no consecutive or reappearing issues. I do not think that deserves a permanent ban from all my years of gaming and achievement i have earned. There is clearly a flaw in the system.

If you haven't done so already, you would need to file a complaint against him via the console in order for the enforcement team to investigate him as well.

If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do.

As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting the account you forfeit any digtal content,remaining xbox live gold subscriptions etc if your account is permanently banned so you will not get the subscription transferred to another account i'm afraid.

i didn't buy the subscription digitally, i still can't get it transferred?

Xbox Enforcement website. The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team.
This can be done by submitting a case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps!

I got suspended for 24 hours for responded to an annoying person in abbreviations. The enforcement if they are reviewing the messages need to correspond in incordance to who sent the freakin' message first and who is reporting whom. This isn't
fair and needs to be fixed. I pay $60 dollars I should have the right to send abbreviations.

If you run into a toxic gamer just block and report them.

It makes no difference if you start it or not. If you reply to the message and this contains anything that is against the CoC or other Terms and the toxic gamer Reports you there will be Actions done by the Enforcement Team.

You are responsible for your own account and any actions made from it. You accepted that by creating your account.
