    My ban


    I've been banned and made a case review before I was told that a family member has been playing on my account. I wasn't able to mention it when I did the case review and was banned again for threats and abuse that I could not and would not do. I would
    like to talk to a Xbox live enforcement team member. P.s. I was informed I could play online multiplayer which never happened.

    my xbox got banned

    My acc recently got hacked and xbox was suppose to ban the person that hacked me but i got my acc back and xbl banned my acc and console

    If you've already submitted a case review and the enforcement team upheld their decision, there is nothing else you can do. You are responsible for your account at all times. So it doesn't matter if it was a member of your family. Since it was done on your
    account, your account gets banned.

    If you have already done that & the decision was upheld then there is nothing you can do.

    As per the ToU/CoC you agreed to when starting the account you forfeit any digtal content,remaining xbox live gold subscriptions etc if your account is permanently banned so you will not get the subscription transferred to another account i'm afraid.
    i didn't buy the subscription digitally, i still can't get it transferred?

    Thank you very much for bringing this issue to our attention. We're sorry to hear about the account suspension. You can locate more information about your suspension from the

    Xbox Enforcement website    . The moderators, ambassadors and volunteer moderators do not have the ability to manage enforcement actions on an account. If the suspension is longer than 24 hours, we recommend to appeal the decision made by the enforcement team.
    This can be done by submitting a case review. The decisions are made and upheld by the enforcement team. We hope this helps!

    I got suspended for 24 hours for responded to an annoying person in abbreviations. The enforcement if they are reviewing the messages need to correspond in incordance to who sent the freakin' message first and who is reporting whom. This isn't
    fair and needs to be fixed. I pay $60 dollars I should have the right to send abbreviations.

    If you run into a toxic gamer just block and report them.

    It makes no difference if you start it or not. If you reply to the message and this contains anything that is against the CoC or other Terms and the toxic gamer Reports you there will be Actions done by the Enforcement Team.

    You are responsible for your own account and any actions made from it. You accepted that by creating your account.
