Discus and support My Ban was lifted 20 minutes ago but still can't send messages or anything. in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I was unbanned about 25 minutes ago but still can't access online features...     My Ban was lifted 20 minutes ago but still can't send messages or anything.


    I was unbanned about 25 minutes ago but still can't access online features... What am I supposed to do about this?

    Communication ban lifted. Still can't communicate.

    So my ban was lifted but I still can't send messages or talk in party. Yes I've redownload my account. Any help would be great thank you

    Can't communicate after suspension

    so after being suspended for 2nweeks after inappropriate language which I know is my own fault I'm still unable to send messages and talk in parties my ban was lifted two weeks ago but still can't communicate please help

    what do you mean? Are you not able to send messages or is your console banned? Because I'm not able to send messages after a one day ban that has been lifted a week ago. I can only talk in overwatch and not in parties.

    Hi,

    Sometimes it can take up to 24 hours or so to reflect the lift.

    Can you redownload your Gamertag profile onto your Xbox again and see if that resolves the issue?

    I have already tried this. It has been a WEEK since the ban was "lifted"
    I am the exact same got suspended a month ago the ban date was up two weeks ago but I still can't send messages or hear people.. I can play most games online but not pro clubs on fifa.

    My communication ban is done, but I still can't send messages or anything.

    Try this.

    Remove/delete the account from your Xbox.

    Power cycle the console by holding down the power button for 10 seconds.

    Restart the console and recover the gamertag back on it.

    did you get this fixed? im having the same issue. ive tried everything i still cant chat or message anyone. my communcation ban was lifted 10-30-17 smh thats a week ago. still no chat features or messaging anyone. Microsoft is so

    I started doing that about 20 minutes ago while I was waiting for my video to upload so I only have about 50 left.

    Still sucks that you can't mass delete

    I had to delete all my old messages and 90% of my friends list one by one :(
