My ban should be gone

A person insulted the group I am apart of and I got very offended so I insulted them back I got banned communication wise I also got a complaint filed against me for gameplay which doesn't even add up because it happened to me after I stopped playing because
of the first communication ban plus if anything the guy that reported should be banned not me I have a good rep and the guy that reported me is the BIGGEST TROLL!!!! I the world he spammed me and my friends with insults he was being annoying and he wanted
us to get suspended he said things about us getting suspended cause that's what he wanted after a while me and my friends stopped replying to him because he was being Annoying plus he intentionally lost me and my friend the game

Ban Should Have Gone away

Suspensions would start and end on the same time of the day it was originally received.

I am not sure of what you tried to remedy the situation, but some people (in the same situation) find success with the steps below:

Ensure you do not have any more active Enforcement suspensions on your account. Check
enforcement.xbox.com for more details.

If you are clear, proceed to
remove your account from the Xbox.

Give your console a power cycle.

Add your account back into the Xbox.

Attempt to use the multiplayer features now.

Recommend you report this gamertag via the "Report" feature by navigating to their profile. You may be eligible for a case review by reading into the email notification you received from Enforcement.

Naming and shaming isn't allowed on the forums.

Report the player from your console and block him.

Report the player, block him and avoid engaging with trolls in future.

Xbox Enforcement does not use the forums and the only way to get help is through the enforcement website.

BootyBox

If you downloaded it on that Xbox and your original account is still on the hard drive. It still should work unless you account was banned or suspended then its gone forever. Your original account should be silver not gone.
